Do you ever wonder about the consequences of being citizen of a “Fast Food Nation”?
Fast food it’s not just a part of our society, it’s devoured our nation, and “processed food” is now a staple of our diets. As a result, our dirty diets and lifestyle have made us toxic.
What are the affects of this toxicity in people in North America?
Among many health risks, obesity and being overweight is one of them.

Attention Men
Okay guys, this one is for you.
Slightly off topic from “personal training”, but it may get all of us some more fitness in the bedroom. Besides I think this one is really important for all of my ladies out there who work hard getting fit and sexy for their husbands and boyfriends to get a little RROI (romance return on investment).
Sad, But True Story
Last night, on Valentine’s Day, my fiance took me out for a romantic dinner at my favorite Italian restaurant here in Toronto “Grazie“, the best fresh made pasta and sauces… great service also.

I was just reading the blog of a mentor of mine, fitness expert and bodybuilder Tom Venuto. Tom is the author of the book “Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle” which I personally regard as the bible of how to eat properly in order to effectively lose weight and keep it off.
Tom has commented on the new controversy stating that diet is just as effective for weight loss as exercise. However, Tom, and I as well, do NOT agree that it is the most effective means of keeping weight off in the long term. For lasting results exercise and proper nutrition combined are always the most effective method.
