How To Get Rid Of Those Last Few Pounds….

Stubborn fat

“I am in pretty good shape, but I still have about 8 lbs of fat that
just won’t come off - especially around the waist, unattractive
back-fat and thighs. I do an intense cardio work-out 3 times a week
(usually 40 minutes of swimming, biking or running) and do a weight
workout 2ce a week.

I don’t have that much time to work out, so I was wondering what the
single best thing I can do to get rid of that fat. Is it increasing
the intensity of the cardio, length of it or adding more workouts to
the week? I want my flat bikini tummy back for the summer! Love your
blog and would really like to pick your brain on this one!”

Great question Stefanie.
.

What can you do to get rid of stubborn fat or those last few pounds?

This is often the most frustrating thing for active and fit people, those last few pounds that just won’t come off!!!

I have to say Stefanie, I have struggled with this myself in the past, namely when I was getting ready for competition last year. I myself have had stubborn fat deposits on my upper thighs in the back making my buttocks look saggy. As well I suffered from cellulite in these areas.

I tried everything from changing my workout routine to increasing cardio to using “fat burners” and none of them seemed to work.
.

The absolute best solution I have found…

By far, the absolute best solution that I have found to help shed those stubborn fat deposits is the Isagenix Cleansing Program. I know I have mentioned this program on my blog before, but I am absolutely in love with it and amazed at the profound effects it has had on myself and my clients. It really does work!

How do toxins make me fat?

You see our bodies store toxins in our fat as one of the ways that the liver deals with too many toxins in our system. Many people have mentioned to me that they eat well and don’t see how they could have toxins. The reality is that toxins are everywhere. Take the Rapid Toxin Test on my fiance’s blog to see if you’re toxic as he wrote a great post about toxins.

Because our bodies store these toxins in fat it is sometimes hard to shed those last few pounds because we’re using them as protection from the toxins in our systems. By cleansing these toxins it facilitates the loss of that stubborn fat.

Coupled with it’s effectiveness at replacing the nutrients that we are missing from the average diet it makes for an awesome nutritional program.

If you really want to shed those last few pounds I highly recommend the 9 Day Isagenix Program. AND … if you buy it from my link I will give you 4 awesome bonuses for ordering.

NOTE: You’re probably thinking that I just want you to buy the program so that I can make money off of it. I’ll be totally honest with you, I do make money, A WHOLE 10 DOLLARS from every 9 day program sold wholesale. oooooh. I really do believe in this product, I’m NOT just in it for the money :)

    Hi Stefanie,

First of all you should check up on your diet. See if you are eating small meals spread throughout the day. Also see if you are eating low glycemic index foods. These types of foods are high fiber and do not have refined sugar or preservatives.
Also, mix up your cardio more. Try a boot camp style workout with intense exercises that are back to back with short rest periods. Monitor your heart rate and keep it at 75-90% max HR (220-your age x .75).
